Most quotes are guesses dressed up as numbers. We don't work that way. Before we put a price on a project, we walk the site, ask the questions nobody else asks, and look at the things the drawings don't show.
That means our quotes hold. The number we give you on day one is close to the number you pay at handover. When something genuinely changes scope, you'll hear about it before we touch a tool — not as a line item at the end.
You won't be chasing us for updates either. You'll get a call when something needs a decision, and a call when something is done. That's it.

During the job. One point of contact. Regular updates without you having to ask. If we hit something that affects time or cost, you'll hear it from us straight, with options.
Surprises. Rare, because we anticipate them. When they do come up, we explain what it is, what it'll cost, and why — then you decide.
After completion. Certificates, test reports, switchboard schedules — handed over properly. If something needs attention later, we pick up the phone.
